OUR MISSION

Knox County Community Artisans is a 501(c)3 nonprofit located in Galesburg, Illinois focused on providing and maintaining a community center and equipment to educate, train, and practice artistic skills in Knox County, Illinois.

KCCA was established in 2020.

To provide a space, equipment, and teachers for the education and practice of woodworking and other artistic skills to the community and schools. To also provide a space and equipment to make items to donate to individuals in the community, schools and charitable organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Are you an artist or specialize in a trade? Whether it is plumbing, wiring, oil painting, ceramics, sewing or any other form of art trades, we are currently searching for specialized professionals who want to teach courses.

As a nonprofit, we rely heavily on the generosity of our community. We deeply appreciate any help that we receive.
